Cheap VPS LLC should not be confused with CheapVPS, the UK hosting provider. CheapVPS LLC is a registered LLC in the state of New York, USA, and has been since March 26, 2013. The domain has been registered about a month before that and their WHOIS information is public, which is looking good. Disks are configured in RAID10 and there are automated nightly backups in place. Other than that, I don’t have any information about the hardware, I’m afraid.
